pricing issues, and new products. I work closely with
all departments and personnel at Mitco. My duties include

Jackie Lambert-Office Manager/HR
I handle all HR issues that may
arise and employee staffing needs. I make sure
our vendor invoices are paid on time. I also assist
customers with availability of products, pricing

Sherry Rufus - Inventory Control
I maintain relationships with
all our outside vendors. I order the raw materials
used in our daily operations, and oversee all
aspects of packaging and labeling of our products.
I am responsible for vendor purchasing requests,
getting product pricing and coordinating the receipt
of merchandise from our vendors. I handle incoming
and outgoing shipments from UPS and other freight

Rich Schmidt- Research and Development Manager
I'm the technical answer man. With over
25 years of experience in the HVAC industry with 16
years in research and testing. I approve all new product
concepts and design changes. My goal is to answer any

- Research and Development
I am responsible for
research and development of new products for our
industry, electronic controls, including test equipment
repair and calibration to insure that our products
have been functionally tested and meet proper specifications.

Cohen- Quality Control
I oversee all final
inspection of our products and packaging to insure
the highest level of quality is maintained. I'm
also part of the team that sets the standards for

Otto - Electrical Department Supervisor
I am the manager in charge
of all production for our remanufactured electrical products
including primary and combination controls, aquastats,
timers, electronic controls, zone valves, and pressure
controls.

Otto - Operations Supervisor
I make sure the entire manufacturing
process proceeds in a smooth and timely manner. I oversee
all aspects of packaging and labeling of our products
before shipment. We want all our products to be available
to all our customers whenever they need them. Our customers
are the most important aspect of our business.
Dexter Samuels -Motor
Department Supervisor
With over 28 years of experience I oversee our Motor
Department. This includes motor winding department, modutrol
motors, reclaimer and vacuum pumps and refrigeration condensing
unit production lines.

McCarroll- Machine Shop Supervisor
I oversee all operations of our machine
shop. My co-workers and I are always striving to make
our products more efficient and reliable. Since we keep
our work in-house, we can oversee all aspects of the
manufacturing process so that we can guarantee our customers
the highest quality product at competitive prices.

Otto - Fuel Pump and Hydronics Supervisor
I oversee the production of
both standard fuel oil pumps and heavy oil. In our Hydronics
department we remanufacture water pumps, ejector pumps
and sump pumps. We also do feeder assemblies and complete
commercial water pumps. We also remanufacture oil tank
filling nozzles.
